Our Delivery Terms

£3.99 - Standard UK Mainland Delivery (3 – 5 days) or *FREE over £60

£5.99 - Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Parcelforce)

We operate Monday to Friday, orders placed Friday after 12pm will be processed the following Monday. Please note we do not do weekend deliveries. For urgent orders please contact us first before placing so we can advise if order can be done in time.

*FREE when you spend £60 refers only to transactions made through our online shop and doesn’t include personalised favours (UK Mainland only)

Free UK Delivery does not include Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or Scottish Highlands, where additional charges apply. Enter your address on the checkout page to find the shipping cost to your address.

Please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery. 

The majority of parcels are sent with a courier (Royal Mail or  Parcel Force).

As we rely on a third party for all our deliveries and therefore are unable to guarantee delivery dates. Occasionally during busy periods there can be delays which are beyond our control, but we will inform customers of any issues that we are aware of.

Returns

Every effort is made to ensure our products reach you in perfect condition, however, we know issues can happen, so if an item is damaged or faulty on arrival, please contact us immediately on receipt of the goods with proof of damage and details so we may investigate further.

Personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty, all artwork for personalised items is sent for approval, we will not be liable for any spelling or design changes that were not pointed out before confirming.

If you are not entirely satisfied with a non personalised product for some reason other than it being damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately stating your reason for the dissatisfaction. If there is a problem with the product we will refund the purchase price or send a replacement, if however we deem the product to be in a perfect condition then we reserve the right to charge the full amount for the goods.
